Free Frequent Flyer Miles - Free Money

As I research opportunities for free or very cheap miles, I occasionally discover very good opportunities for obtaining free money. Well, almost free. You might have to open a bank account with a minimum balance for awhile, or use a little extra electricity and add a bit or wear and tear on your keyboard.
